Shipment Policy
When you place an order with us, we prepare it as soon as your payment is confirmed
and send it out shortly after. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is
placed so you can stay updated throughout the process.
If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered but you can’t
find it, please reach out to the shipping company directly. Once the package is marked
as “Delivered,” we are unable to assist in locating it. We at 174 Cacao do our best to
help with lost or stolen packages, but please understand that we cannot be held
responsible for issues beyond our control caused by the courier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at the time of purchase, ensuring that
you’ll see and approve the charges before completing your order.
Tracking and Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email complete with
tracking information. You can also view your tracking details by logging into your 174
Cacao account.
Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary, especially due to ongoing global
situations like Covid-19. Thank you for your understanding!
Additionally, for international orders, you may need to pay duties, tariffs, or other fees
before you can receive your shipment.

Shipping Costs Per Country
For your convenience, here's a quick overview of our shipping costs to various regions:
In the UK, we offer a standard delivery with Royal Mail 48h Tracked for £2.95, or it’s free
for orders over £40. For faster service, Royal Mail 24h is available for £3.95 if you order
by 4 PM.
In Germany, you can choose DHL Express for €5.95 or DHL Standard for €3.45, with
free shipping over €50.
For the UAE, we have next-day delivery for 20 AED or free for orders over 200 AED,
and same-day delivery options as well.
Shipping options are available for other regions, including Europe, North America, and
the Rest of the World, with various rates and free shipping thresholds.
Returns and Refunds
At 174 Cacao, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t quite right with your
order, we’re here to make it right.

7 days of receiving your order. We’re happy to assist!
Regarding our cacao products, we can't accept returns on packaged items, but we’re
open to discussing refunds or exchanges based on your specific situation. We do verify
all claims to ensure fairness.
If you’d like to return a cacao accessory, you’re welcome to do so within 7 days of
receiving it, as long as it’s in its original condition and packaging.
To start a return, simply email us at info@174cacao.com, and we’ll guide you through
the process.
Please note that you’ll be responsible for any return shipping costs, but we’ll do our best
to make the process as easy as possible for you.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving your returned item, and this
includes any delivery charges you may have paid.
