Cacao Chili Sin Carne

Ingredients:
- One onion (diced)
- Two cloves of garlic (minced)
- One bell pepper (diced)
- One can of black beans (drained and rinsed)
- One can of kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
- One can of diced tomatoes (14 ounces)
- Two tablespoons of ceremonial grade 174 cacao
- One tablespoon of chili powder
- One teaspoon of cumin
- Olive oil for sautéing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
Let’s turn up the heat. In a pot, heat some olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and bell
pepper until they’re aromatic and tender. Now, add the black beans, kidney beans,
diced tomatoes, cacao, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together
and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, allowing all those spicy flavors to meld into a
divine concoction. Serve hot with crusty bread or over rice
