Cacao Spinach Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients:
- Four bell peppers (halved and seeds removed)
- One cup of quinoa (cooked)
- One cup of spinach (chopped)
- One cup of black beans (drained and rinsed)
- Two tablespoons of ceremonial grade 174 cacao
- One teaspoon of cumin
- One teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Procedure:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while you mix the cooked quinoa, spinach, black
beans, cacao, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Take those halved bell
peppers and fill them with the delighful mix. Place them in a baking dish and drizzle with
olive oil. Bake for about 30 minutes, until the peppers are tender and flavors bursting.
Serve warm.
